Mian Faiz Rabbani – The CAP Podcast #24

Born in 1931, Mian Faiz Rabbani is one of those few who vividly remember all that they have witnessed. Educated from the Muslim University, Aligarh, India and Government College, Lyallpur, Pakistan, Mr. Rabbani has had diverse experiences throughout his life; from flying Pakistan Air Force jets to being an Assistant Sub-Inspector in Police, from writing movie scripts to authoring a book, he has done it all. In conversation with the Citizens Archive of Pakistan, Mr. Rabbani recollects his childhood memories from Jalandhar and Aligarh in India and narrates how Muslims and Hindus used to co-exist peacefully up until partition took place in 1947.
