Ms Mehnaz Rafi – The CAP Podcast #90

Ms Mehnaz Rafi was born in 1940 in Lucknow. She was a founding member of the Lahore chapter of Womens Action Forum (WAF) in the early 1980s. In her conversation with The Citizens Archive of Pakistan, Ms. Rafi talked about the circumstances that led to the creation of WAF and the organizations first major demonstration.
