Amajd Hussain was born in Gujranwala in 1921. In his conversation with the Lahore OHP team, Mr. Hussain spoke of his relationship with Allama Iqbal and how Mr. Hussain’s reverence for the latter led him and his friend Hameed Nizami – brother of renowned journalist and writer Majeed Nizami - to meet Quaid-e-Azam at Faletti’s Hotel on Mall Road.
