Ms Sonu Rehman – The CAP Podcast #86
Ms Sonu Rehman was born in 1926 in Lahore. In her conversation with The Citizens Archive of Pakistan, Ms. Rehman briefly speaks about why she felt Pakistan’s creation was necessary. She recalls being in Srinagar during partition along with a series of events and personal experiences that took place in 1948. Ms. Rehman also talks about going to the cinema in Lahore, mentions a book store near Tollinton Market that is no longer there, and briefly touches upon PIA's renown at its prime.
