Abdul Razzaq Khan Yusufzai – The CAP Podcast #158
Abdul Razzaq Khan Yusufzai was born into a Punjabi speaking, Pathan family in 1941 in the town of Verowal in East Punjab. He was born in a diverse neighbourhood of the town where Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs all lived together. His father was the numberdar and the local revenue officer who died of diarrhea in a refugee camp near Jalandhar while the family was migrating to Pakistan.
After completing Matriculation, Abdul Razzaq joined the Pakistan Army in 1960, serving till 1977. Following his retirement, Mr. Razzaq worked at the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) until 2002 and currently earns his living by driving a taxi around Lahore.
