Mr. Tara Chand, a 72 year old Hindu is a retired worker and was interviewed during the festival of Durga Pooja. The Citizens Archive of Pakistan aims to record the narratives of all communities of the country to build a well-rounded archive of Pakistan’s history and heritage. In this clip, Mr. Tara Chand narrates the hounding incident of Shalimi; a busy area of Lahore which was burnt down before partition.
