Ms Yasmin Tahir – The CAP Podcast #121

Ms Yasmin Tahir was born in 1937 in Lahore. She was one of Radio Pakistan’s most well-known personalities and was an early pioneer of broadcast hosting. In her conversation with the Lahore OHP team, Ms. Tahir talks about her family and the creative careers of her grandfather as well as her father, Syed Imtiaz Ali Taj. She also talks about her mother, who was the first Muslim pilot in the British Empire and also recalls life in pre-Partition Lahore.
